Ergonomic/ Worksite Assessments
Our Objective
Most of us experience aches and pains associated with our working posture, whether this is office or field based work. If not addressed these can develop into lower back ache, tension headaches, migraines, tendonitis, carpal tunnel or other ailments associated with overuse type injuries.
Employers can spend thousands every year due in lost productivity and workers compensation claims due to employee injury and employees can experience misery due to discomfort, or pain symptoms.
A PeopleSense ergonomic assessment involves the evaluation of a workstation and the physical environment, and its interaction with the employee, by a qualified Occupational Therapist/Ergonomists.
Our Services

Worksite Assessments
Worksite assessments promote safer work environments. If an employee is injured a Worksite assessment can be undertaken to identify possible suitable duties or make recommendations for workplace modifications and/or job redesign to accommodate the employee's return to work.
PeopleSense use qualified Occupational Therapists and Ergonomists to undertake assessments and complete necessary reports. Our assessments are holistic and inclusive of the employee, line manager and larger organisation as required.
