The PeopleSense HealthSteps Combating Stress program:

What's involved?

Easy to read and self-paced, the PeopleSense HealthSteps Combating Stress program involves 4 weekly online sessions. Each session will take approximately 1 – 1.5 hours to complete and includes:

A questionnaire

This provides you with personalised information about your stress levels. It monitors the change in your stress levels over the course of the program and provides you with a graph so you can track your progress.

 

 

Session notes

These provide accurate information about stress, its causes, consequences and strategies for management.

Worksheets and exercises

You will have an opportunity to practice the skills outlined in the sessions by completing the worksheets and exercises, both during sessions, and as between session tasks.

Email reminders

You will receive an email to remind you to complete your scheduled session.
