Conflict Resolution & Mediation
Mediation is a service often requested by employers or insurers for employees to be considered in conflict. Mediation is a grievance resolution strategy designed to minimise the impact of conflict in the workplace. The PeopleSense strategy involves a careful assessment of all parties by an experienced psychologist. Often through the skill of the psychologist, this process alone can defuse the conflicting situation. If not, the psychologist will arrange for a resolution meeting to discuss possible ways forward. The PeopleSense strategy will not attempt to bring parties to a resolution meeting, if it is assessed that no resolution is likely. Our aim is to minimise distress caused by the conflict and our process reflects this.
