Outplacement is a service provided to employees who are required to transition out of the referring company and into alternative employment. The focus is to assist the individual to re-orient themselves to the job market and assist them to maximise their employability. The reasons for accessing this service can include, company downsizing resulting in redundancies and disciplinary action resulting in termination.
